Create an account
In order to purchase as a retailer, an account must first be requested.
1. Create an account on the website. You can now log into the site, but still cannot make any purchases.
2. Send an email to info@indini.com requesting a wholesale account. Send the following information:
- e-mail address
- Company Name
- Chamber of Commerce number
- VAT No.
- Billing address
- Phone number
After approval, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
To order
Why can not I order?
You cannot place an order at this time because your account must first be approved by our team. Once your account has been approved, you will receive an email from us. If you are in a hurry to place an order, please call us for an expedited approval procedure on +31 30 3690882.
Order status
Indini's shipping process involves the following steps:
1. Once we have received your payment, your order will be collected.
2. Your order will be picked up by our forwarder.
3. You will then receive a Track & Trace code from us by email.
4. Your order will be delivered by the forwarder.
We kindly ask you to check immediately after receiving your order whether it is complete and whether all items are undamaged. If this is not the case, please contact our sales department as soon as possible via T 030-3690882 or info@indini.com.
Complaints submitted after 8 days of receipt of your order can no longer be processed.
How do you cancel an order?
Have you accidentally ordered the wrong item or would you prefer a different product? No problem! As long as your order has not yet been packed, you can cancel it.
Send the confirmation email of your order to info@indini.com and state that you want to cancel the order.
Report a complaint
You can report your complaint to Indini Customer Service. Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
For a quick and correct handling of your complaint, we kindly ask you to provide the following information:
- name
- order number
As soon as we have received your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. You will receive a substantive response by telephone or email within 2 working days after confirmation of receipt.

Which payment methods does Indini accept?
iDeal
With iDeal you can pay online via the trusted online payment environment of your own bank.
Transfer (SEPA Zone)
A transfer is a manual transfer to the bank account of Indini Breukelen B.V.

EPS (Austria)
The Electronic Payment Standard (EPS) is a payment method developed by a number of Austrian banks. This makes EPS the main payment method for bank transfers in Austria and very popular with Austrian customers.

No, payment afterwards is not possible.
Deliver
What is your delivery time?
The standard delivery time for an order to a Dutch address is 1 day. Due to busy times at the carrier, delivery of the order may be delayed. During sales and holidays there may be longer delivery times, so please take this into account when placing an order.
You will receive an email once the order has been shipped, including the tracking number with which you can track the package. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday to business addresses and from Monday to Saturday to residential addresses.

What are the shipping costs?
Within the Netherlands: Shipping costs are €6.50 for orders under €150 and free of charge for orders over €150.

- Belgium: 10 Euro
- Germany: 10 Euro
I want to specify a different delivery address
You can specify the delivery address during checkout.
If you want to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, this is possible as long as your package has not yet been packed. In that case, please contact us by telephone on 030-3690882.
Returns
We only offer a warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns must first be registered by email to info@indini.com. In addition, returns must meet the following requirements:
- Complaints must be reported within 8 days of receiving your order.
- The return shipment must have sufficient postage.
- Attach a copy of the invoice.
- Provide each return with a clear complaint description per item.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender, postage prepaid. Packages with insufficient postage will not be accepted.

I have not received an order/shipping confirmation?
These may be blocked by the spam filter of your email program. We advise you to check your spam filter settings and adjust them if necessary. If you are unable to resolve it, please contact our Sales Department on 030-3690882.
I cannot put items in my shopping cart, how is that possible?
Only approved accounts can make purchases and add items to their cart.
I don't see a price for an item?
To view the price of an item, you must have an approved account.
Are items in my shopping cart reserved for me?
No, it is not possible to reserve items for a specific time. Products on the website remain available to all customers, even if they are in your shopping cart or on your wish list.
I forgot to include my order number with my payment.
If you forgot to include your order number with your payment, don't worry! You can find the order number in the order confirmation you received from us by email. To process your payment correctly, we need the correct information. Therefore, send an email to info@indini.com stating your order number, date of payment, amount and the name of the account holder of the bank account with which you paid.
I'm looking for a specific item, but can't find it?
Can't find what you're looking for? It may be that the search terms you use are too specific. Then try a more general description, or try it with just one word. If you still can't find what you're looking for, please contact our Sales Department.
Can you no longer find an item with an item number? Then this item is sold out. If you are wondering when this item will be back in stock, please email info@indini.com.
Are the prices stated on the website inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
The prices on the website are always exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. As a wholesaler, we only supply to retailers, which is why our prices are shown excluding VAT.
Can you send me an invoice with VAT?
You will always receive an invoice from us after your order has been shipped.
